What would cause the egg to be like this?

It was raining all day yesterday so I moved my quail into a smaller enclosure where they would be safe (we live in an A level flood zone). They were also in complete darkness for about 24 hours due to a tarp over the smaller enclosure. I only have 6 females right now due to recent raccoon attacks and I've only witnessed 3 of them laying. I get an average of 2 eggs per day on normal days with the occasional day of 3. My birds are 9 weeks today so some just haven't started laying yet. So, anyway, the rain has stopped so I went to move them back to their larger enclosure this morning and I found this:

I've never gotten a white egg before. I don't know if one of the 4 who have never laid has started laying or if the conditions were too stressful and it caused something to go wrong...

Any thoughts?

this egg just missed “the paint booth” there is a good probability that it is completely normal. I find them occasionally from my layers, but most often when a quail is butchered, the eggs are in different stages of development
