What would cause

What would cause only two out of twelve eggs to hatch on day 21?

From day 21 to 25 the bator was silent and no movement.

Day 26 I opened all ten and saw what seemed to be fully developed chicks dead.

I would sure like to learn what may of happened.

Still air incubator overall too low temps. since 2 hatched, the temps were close to normal in 1 spot in the incubator, I dont know what kind of thermometer you have but try incubating 1 to 1 1/2 degrees higher next time, and move the eggs around in different locations at each turning.
