What would happen if?

Some probably would. Those eggs and baby chicks can be pretty tough.

Consider the recommendations on here as guidelines, not absolute laws of nature that have to be followed to the letter. Following the guidelines does not guarantee you success. Violating the guidelines does not guarantee an absolute disaster. Many of us violate some of the guidelines and still usually do OK. The guidelines are there to help you improve your odds of success, not guarantee anything.

If you leave them in the turner, you may get 100% hatch or you may get none to hatch. If you take them out of the turner you may get 100% hatch or you may get none to hatch. There are a whole lot of different factors involved. But if you take them out of the turner, your odds of a successful hatch improve.

If you leave the turner in, one or more may get injured by the turner. Maybe none will.

Do as you will.
