what would the chicks be?

I would call it blue cuckoo or blue barred as well. I do believe it's a cockerel however. Can you get a comb picture? The one trait that makes it difficult to categorize is that typically cuckoo or barred males have two copies of the barring gene while this chick only has one. :)
