What would turn feathers white??? PICS

[Break an Egg]

I have an EE named Big Momma and she has feathers that are turning white around her head and body. She looks crazy. Is this part of moulting? She hasn't moulted yet from what I can tell. I got her as a chick on 3/20/2008. She doesn't lay eggs anymore, that may be a clue, but we used to get maybe one a month from her. I have no idea what's going on with her.

And here is a pic of what she did look like about a year ago... looks like she has white where the sun was shining but there wasn't any then
