what would you call this color?

it's not quite black breasted red (solid black wing bars) so is it just black with a lot of gold leakage? he's a cross between a black cochin/black mottled d'uccle (who also had paler gold leakage but on his wing bars too) and a BB red OEGB. what about his father's color?

its called brown red if based on gold, or Silver Birchen if based on Silver, and Golden birchen if it has a gold and silver gene(S/s+) like the last pic you posted.
