What would you call this Comb?

Wondering what type of comb this is. He is I believe a "Saphire" x Barred Rock cross. Bought from a local guy making EE's. Ignore the damage, he liked to pick fights.

Looks like a combo comb. Lol two breeds mixed together

It looks like a sea anemone.

It looks like a rose comb to me.
