Got them, I was out in our front yard trying to clear some of the snow off our car, we got well over two feet yesterday.
As for the bird, wow it has a golden hue and looks really moist and perfect. Good job !!

Okay, the pictures are beautiful and I'm sure the turkey was delicious. Where did you get the pan and the rack you roasted it on? I'm still waiting for that shoe to drop!
