So i have a 6 month old SLW cockerel who is second in command, 1st in command is a BO, who is sneaking in his matings with the girls. I have 3 age groups of pullets, 8 months/6 months/4 months, the one 6 month old lets him with no problem cause she is buddies with him and they where raised together from day one. The 8 month olds wont let him mate with them which is causing damage to them, and now he's starting to try with the 4 month olds who also wont let him. He can force two of my 8 month olds who are getting cuts on there sides from his feet. I am afriad hes going to really hurt them or my younger pullets, which in that group i have a silver lakenvelder who is really petite. I haven't had a problem with him and any people and has not shown any sign so far. Should i cut him or wait to see if he improves after i get rid of my BO who is attacking people. Any input would be great.
Here he is:

Thanks, John.

He's still young, and probably just hasn't perfected his technique yet.

I'd try to prevent his access to the younger girls because he could accidentally hurt them. He doesn't appear to have spurs yet, so it is probably just his lack of experience. You might also consider using the Hen Saver type aprons / saddles to help prevent feather and skin damage from overzealous / inexperienced roosters. He is a very, very handsome fellow!
