What would you talk about in a chicken webinar?

So, I want to host a "how to raise chickens" webinar this spring. It would be six weeks, and I'd have 30-45 minutes to talk each week. It would be explaining how to prepare for, raise, and keep chickens, from the age of chicks.

I was thinking the first week would focus on breed selection and chick supplies, the next on chick feeds and advanced chick care, and I'm not sure about the rest. I want to have one on healthy diets and good practices like sprouting and fermenting feed, and maybe one on egglaying and winter prep, but what else?

What would you do and in what order? Oh, and any advice for helping me remember not to blow their brains? I struggle with that sometimes

I think new chickens owners would benefit from knowing:
Coop choices
Different brooders
Heat lamp vs heating plate
Needing a rooster in order to hatch eggs but you don’t need a rooster for your hen to lay eggs: had this conversation with a new chick owner
Benefits of having a rooster
Predator proofing
Chicken wire vs hardware cloth

I would talk about meat chickens, different FCRs, different kinds of feed management and space management systems that are popular, the pros and cons to broiler/hybrid style chickens and various production structures, different local, state and federal regulations on meat production,

This is very helpful, thank you! I'll add more to the list!
