What wrong this lttle guy

I don't like how dark the skin is there considering the down is yellow. It looks swollen as well. You mentioned that this one is smaller than the others. How much smaller? Real runts often have something wrong with them and they rarely make it to adulthood.

If he’s half the size of the other chicks there’s often an internal issue and one day you’ll just find him dead, if he’s just on the small side he’ll continue to double in size every ten minutes (hyperbole!) and he may just be a smaller bird. It happens sometimes, out of every hundred you hatch you get a couple duds.

I'm hoping he will catch up,but given size, and his clack belly I'm not sure, but his eating drinking pooping all good, and jumping around, fingers.crossed thankyou.

I hope he does well, but the size difference and the dark, swollen belly make me think otherwise. There's not much you can do unless a vet is an option, and even a vet may not be able to do much.
Thanks we popped to the vets on our lunch break, and she was pretty useless, got the impression as its not a day,or a cat etc she wasn't bothered so going to carry on as I have been, and if it survives and has no issues. Great, but if it gets ill ,unfortunately will have to deal with that, its just so lively, popping up and down flapping it's wigs, and doing a little bop and doing a little bop and pounce,so only time will tell, thanks for your help and advice as always Samantha.
