It is pretty cold the last few days, nights 28F and during the day mid 40's to low 50's. They were loosing feathers in November, seems a while since they were molting? How is the weather? How much light do they have? Chickens oftentimes stop laying in the winter... egg laying is triggered by hours of sunlight. Check also to make sure they are getting enough food and water and that they are not stressed out. If they are actively molting right now that can affect them as well. Also, welcome to BYC!!!!
It only takes the light to be off for a day or two to make them stop laying in the winter. It is pretty cold the last few days, nights 28F and during the day mid 40's to low 50's. They were loosing feathers in November, seems a while since they were molting?
There is a light where they sleep at night, I know the hawk has been nearby , this would be considered stress?
Thank you
