She Was inside when i noticed it. I have three ducklings and they are inside most of the time and i let them out on grass or fresh air for only half hour or so.

Yea At times.

If it's a sinus infection he's going to need some antibotics, but what I would do is squeeze it and see if anything comes out, it will more likely come out of his nostrils. It should be cheese like substance.
