I am not sure if this is the info you are looking for. Go to your swap page and at the top is says 'click here to edit', click that (that brings you to the edit mode). Then at the top of that page it says 'my uploaded images', click that. Find the picture you want to place in your swap page and click on it (to enlarge it). Do not copy the links, that will only show the url not the picture. Right click on the photo and choose copy, then go to the spot on your swap page (that is still in edit mode) that you want the photo to be and right click again and choose paste. It will put that picture where you chose . Now that the photo is in your swap page you are editing, if you click on it, you will be able to resize it.
I know I didnt PM it to you I thought other people could use the info too.

Well that is the truth..... I lurk ALL day, step outside to feed or run to the store and BAM.... I miss EVERYTHING.
