OK i found out what kind it is
Phalaris arundinacea var. picta 'Picta'
its says its spreads fast...Mine hasnt realy speard at all wishin it would ,had mine in the same spot for like 8 years and its hardley moved out at all...one site says dry conditions will help it not spread as much.
