Go all the way to the bottom of your profile page and hit edit Signature link. Then Click on the Chain link on the little toolbar and put the link in and then hit submit.

You can also make your My Coop link under your sig go to your swap page.

Click as follows -
My Profile
Edit Community Profile
<scroll to bottom - the last entry area is My Coop>
Paste the link to your swap page there
click Save.
