NEVER hold without deposit! especially for friends, because you feel like a erm.. some non BYC approved word here if you hold em to it.

Guinea eggs please I want to hatch some chicks for my brother in laws Duaghter as a late birthday present / comeing home present she has been in alaska working on a fishing boat all summer (a smelly sweet sixteen lol) and I think these guys would really make her smile. Do I need to do anything diffrent with the eggs then with chukar or chicken or quail ? Or the babies for that matter?

Guinea eggs will do fine at the same settings you hatch out chicken eggs... it takes 28 days to hatch them.
The hatch rate has been around 90% on my shipped eggs... I have sold a few batches on the Crazy 24 hour auction and the feedback has been amazing.
