What year's the newest Standard?

I'm going to buy the Standard of Perfection, in color, but I want to make sure I get the newest version. Is it 2001??

A book put out by (I think?!) American Poultry Association, on breed standards if I understand correctly. It looks like the most recent is 2001 up till now.

I am sure someone who shows birds can help further!
