anybody can write anything. Evaluate your sources to judge their reliability. Rubbish repeated is still rubbish. Give your references so your readers can evaluate them too.Everything I'm reading says it can expand and cause digestive issues.
Maybe you should specify that. To me it’s like saying maybe to *veggie* because it could be seasoned but honestly when I think of kale or any greens I just think of raw uncooked raw greensSome kale that you buy is already salted, seasoned etc. Some seasoning aren't good for chickens

When I think kale, I also think fresh and unseasoned. But it is good to err on the side of caution if others have access to it cooked and seasoned.Maybe you should specify that. I feel like a better one is just to be specific at the start of the post that all veggies that have yes next to them are unseasoned etc. I mean you could always cook kale by just boiling it. I dunno I just don’t want to deter someone from giving kale because of a maybe when it’s actually a very good source of calciumWhen I think kale, I also think fresh and unseasoned. That is a problem with the seasoning, not with the kale itself. The same problem could happen with any other veggie. Some kale that you buy is already salted, seasoned etc. Some seasoning aren't good for chickens
That sounds like a good idea. I was wondering about putting a note on each one, but your suggestion would be much tidier.I feel like a better one is just to be specific at the start of the post that all veggies that have yes next to them are unseasoned etc. I mean you could always cook kale by just boiling it.
