We used to ride one as kids called 'The Bullet', though I don't see that one anymore. The good thing about it was that it went upside down so fast you didn't really notice it...plus I had my eyes closed most of the time

Today they would make me vomit...

After I worked at Cedar Point Amusement Park (and saw just how serious they were about safety checks and things like that - VERY serious!), I will never ride on a carnival or fair ride again. I just don't think fair rides are safe.

My favorite ride would probably be roller coasters. They don't have those at fairs, though -- at least not big ones.
