OK someone said on here that silkies have exposed brains.......On there head is this true or false?????????????????????????

It's literally impossible. Death would occur so quickly without a proper barrier/covering over the brain. Silkies are structurally the same as any other chicken, they just have silky feathers.

Those with the large vaulted skulls can have thin spots on the top of the skull. Not exposed, but easily damaged with a peck to the top of the head. This a bigger problem with chicks that still have fairly soft skulls.

No but they can have vaulted skulls. Which is when they have a hole in there skull on the top of there head... skin covers it but there more prone to death by head injurie when they have it.
