Whatcha doin' with all those eggs?

So, with three birds laying, we are coming up with uses for them. Tonight we made the best buttermilk pancakes I've ever had. What do you do?

At our house most eggs get boiled for deviled eggs. My kids could eat eat a dozen a day. Of course on the weekend I like to make sunny-side up eggs. I could eat 5 or 6 myself, but usually I guilt myself into stopping at about 4.
