Diners good morning one and all!

We had minute steak strips and potato cakes last night.

I will probably bring food in tonight as I have an appointment in Jacksonville.

Temperature is in the 70s with gusty winds.

All I wanted was fruit. Nothing else sounded like it would settle in my stomach so I ate a big Bartlett pear and a couple of red plums.

I made some chili Mac for DH, baked cod and rice for me and we had a steamer full of garden veggies. Zucchini green beans and a few broccoli side shoots.

Hubs had chicken breast with rice and eel sauce, asparagus as the veg. I had chicken breast, asparagus, and balsamic Brussels sprouts, no eel sauce or rice.

I had to look up eel sauce! So does it come in bottles like soy sauce and such? I’ll bet it’s tasty if you don’t know what it is!
