Whatcha Making for Supper?

I have three leftover fried chicken thighs to eat, and I'll go out to the garden and pull up a couple of carrots, cut off a few kale leaves and have a salad. Might even find a ripe tomato in the box of mostly-green ones I picked a few days ago. Or maybe I'll fry some green ones...
 
We went to a birthday lunch so tonight we're just having fried balogna sandwiches and chips.
I haven't had a fried bologna sandwich for ages. I remember that they were pretty good!

On Christmas eve my mom would grind up some chunk bologna and mix it with sweet relish, Miracle Whip and a little mustard ( I think), and make sandwiches out of that.

It was also good, once a year at least. It was kind of a Christmas eve tradition.
