Whatcha Making for Supper?

We're having a favorite of ours and that is a corned beef and cabbage with a can of sweet corn and sliced carrots. In season we would use home grown tomatoes. We've been know to add a yellow or zucchini squash in that mix to. That makes enough for a main meal for supper and one or two leftover plates for lunches.

Originally I posted tomatoes in the mix when I should have posted sliced carrots. It's not one of my better days.
