Supper: I will be fixing a lite supper as we have had several very heavy meals this week.

Shrimp stir fry is on the menu for tonight. Sounds like a lot of seafood lately, but each dish is so different that it hasn't seemed so to us. But, then, we love seafood of all kinds. Well, DH does. I won't try octopus.
