Whatcha Making for Supper?

Making a Moroccan chicken dinner again. We love the preserved lemons, so that with the chicken and then rice and mushrooms, all seasoned Moroccan style.

ETA: We went out to lunch on our way to Home Depot and had hamburgers at our local "fancy" restaurant (Applebee's) and spoiled our dinner. I made such a delicious meal and all we could do is look at it and push the food around the plate. And that after only dishing the smallest of portions. lol

So I set up all the leftovers for the freeze dryer and one day we'll be quite happy to have such a fabulous and easy meal.

I have a billion eggs so made a breakfast casserole with whatever I found in the fridge and freezer. There’s 10 eggs in it, I used a mix of duck and chicken eggs, cheese, sausage, a bag of shredded hashbrowns, some green onions and half & half. Smells good.

Sounds good.
