If you are looking for something different to do with chicken thighs, this might be the recipe to try. It was in Food and Wine mag a year or two ago and this is the second time I've made it. I'm wondering why I didn't make it more often!!! It's so good. And for a bonus, I reheated some mac and cheese to go with it, and have discovered a bit of the rosemary vinaigrette in the mac N cheese brought it to a new level. Soo good!!!

Rosemary and lemon is used here same thing.
