Whatcha Making for Supper?

I am thinking of having pulled pork sandwiches. I'm also making turkey soup today, but will probably freeze if for a later date.

Burger steak tonight with home fries and maybe a gourd from the garden.

turkey and gravy, twice baked potatoes, mushrooms in brown gravy, green beans, stuffing, biscuits, pumpkin/mince/cherry pies.

Some sort of Pillsbury 'ready to bake' biscuits - they were especially good

I'm cooking up a pot of veggies today... carrots, peas, green beans, kale, onion, tomatoes and garlic. I need lighter fare after yesterday's indulgence. I'll have some of the rib roast with the veggies.

I was able to make a 3 quart turkey soup and 4 pints of broth from my turkey carcass!!! And it's really good broth!!

Sounds good! Did you roast the carcass before it was simmered?

No. Just roasted it inside the bird.

I’m glad the leftovers are gone. Still have some turkey for soup and pot pie in the freezer. Tonight we’re having whatever I bring home from the store.
