Whatcha Making for Supper?

Yum! I’d love to hear more about your cabbage stew!
Brown ground meat and diced onions. Add taco seasoning (about 1/2 pkg) Add shredded cabbage, beef stock, diced tomatoes, rice, and whatever leftover veggies I have (this time corn) and water to cover. Cook, taste-add more taco seasoing if needed. I usually simmer several hours.
Leftover next day I usually make brown gravy and stir into soup.
 
Italian Fatty
Bacon weave around a meatloaf based with 1/2 Italian sausage, 1/2 90% lean beef. The meatloaf is stuffed with julienne zucchini with a slightly over spiced marinara.

Smoke/cook at 350 until internal of 150. Let rest for 20 minutes.
