I love put ketchup on fries, hash browns, meat pies, sausages. I read that it is all load of sugar..etc... etc......oh why,oh why.
I do have it, not every day, but on occasion when I crave for these food, then I have it for breakfast, lunch and diner and after that I will not see it again for many months until the next craving.
