If you cant find it try making a thin GF pie crust

I have never been able to master gf pie crust. I am a very good from scratch baker with wheat flour. I am so impatient with gf baked goods. And that phyllo crust is so delicious! I will post if I can pull it off.

Great- my granddaughter made the family baklava the other day, 3/4 of the family is GF. My daughter in-law said she found these pills you cant take, kind of like ones you would take if you are lactose intolerant, but for GF people. I dont know what they are called/brand name but she gives them to her 5 kids if they are going out and they might end up eating something they shouldn't.

I think we are putting a pork shoulder in the smoker today. That will be a few meals. The leftover pork when cubed makes incredible chili.

gave up on good gf pie crust-(always gummy--even frozen pre-made ones)--only make graham cracker gf crust now for pies, and crumble top
