Made some roast veg ragu a couple of days ago- blitzed the tinker with garlic and black olives , then warmed through and added canned tuna. Served with pasta and some grated pecorino. Fish and cheese I like to live on the edge

the edge sounds good!

We had hot dogs last night. Tonight is tuna sandwiches, ambrosia salad and potato salad. It’s hot outside so keeping it cool in the house.

When it warms up here for summer I will be more likely to do all outside too

Cannot do Sloppy Joe's on the grill they would fall through the grates but no wind here..
