Whatcha Making for Supper?

Couple-three years in a row I bought a fresh turkey(or two) in November then butchered them into parts for freezing in portions. Had roast turkey all year around. Made gravy from the roasting drippings and baked stuffing in a ramekin....usually steamed green beans too.
YUMM!
Haven't been able to do that the last couple years, miss it dearly.

Tonite will just be hardboiled eggs and toast, it's hot as hell out again.
