Whatcha Making for Supper?

Just like the title says. I want to know what people are eating for dinner, supper, whatever you call your evening meal.

I'll get us started, I'm making pea soup, and deviled eggs. We will probably eat it for a few days. Yum.

Leftover red beans & rice with sausage! Love it!

I have no husband (wish I did) but I love cooking and am pretty good at it.

Not sure, but I did think it tasted a tad more fibrous than normal

Polenta, gonna try it. Don't know what to do with it except fry it in slices? Anyone try it? Ideas?

you can fry it---but it's like grits or mealy mashed potatoes. Taste is plain, and needs lots of sprucing up
