Whatcha Making for Supper?

What do you do to make fried rice ? I have never been good at it ?
I make 3 cups if white rice and set it aside.
in a big skillet or wok I put a little oil to coat pan, then pour in 5 beaten eggs---scramble and cook partway.
add in cooked rice, pour 1/4 cup soy sauce, stir
I add a bag of frozen mixed veggies---peas and carrots, or stir fry blend, whatever
turn and cook till veggies are done. add more soy sauce or water if dry. Tonight I cooked the fried rice at 4-45, then went outside and grilled my meat, came in and reheated skillet before 5-30 dinner
 
are these expensive?
They're not bad. You get pretty good portions and there are coupons and stuff to be found. Its only my wife and I so its a meal with leftovers. It wouldn't be a good choice for a family of any size. I'd say over 3 people it may not be the best choice. We don't do it alot kinda in spurts just to try new things which the one tonight i didn't care too much for. Most though are really good
