No ma’am these are store bought. My artichokes are long gone. One of the plants has sprouted new growth though. and so we’ve begun the growing for next Spring.Are those your homegrown artichokes IM? They always sound good!
I make 3 cups if white rice and set it aside.What do you do to make fried rice ? I have never been good at it ?
are these expensive?
ours is knee hi. right on schedule (FIL had to have it knee hi by 4th of July)Still working on my frozen corn from last year. Should be able to get some local corn on Friday.
They're not bad. You get pretty good portions and there are coupons and stuff to be found. Its only my wife and I so its a meal with leftovers. It wouldn't be a good choice for a family of any size. I'd say over 3 people it may not be the best choice. We don't do it alot kinda in spurts just to try new things which the one tonight i didn't care too much for. Most though are really goodare these expensive?

Imma try this- sounds goodI make 3 cups if white rice and set it aside.
in a big skillet or wok I put a little oil to coat pan, then pour in 5 beaten eggs---scramble and cook partway.
add in cooked rice, pour 1/4 cup soy sauce, stir
I add a bag of frozen mixed veggies---peas and carrots, or stir fry blend, whatever
turn and cook till veggies are done. add more soy sauce or water if dry. Tonight I cooked the fried rice at 4-45, then went outside and grilled my meat, came in and reheated skillet before 5-30 dinner
