Simple can be best I will puree tomato, tomatillo and onion from the garden for the meatloafs

I have a old cast iron muffin pan we use that

I tried the muffin tins once........lots of grease gathered, was nasty.
Maybe I didn't use lean enough ground meat.

I use 50 x 50 between sausage and ground beef

Soup likely tonight! I have been craving vegetable beef soup, again! I usually make cornbread or homemade, Camaldoli, sourdough bread, garlic toast and a salad to go with the soup!
