Whatcha Making for Supper?

No name for what I fixed tonight. Chopped brussels sprouts fine and sauteed them in hot olive oil with a little chopped onion. When wilted and starting to crisp, I added some chopped thigh meat from a rotisserie chicken. At tableside, I added some crumbled bleu cheese, a sprinkle of pepitas and finished with a puff of parmesan. It was delightful, and I don't like brussels sprouts.
