Whatcha Making for Supper?

Tonight is pulled pork sandwiches and potato salad if I get around to making any....or chips.
It's been a fairly busy day.

Hotdogs wrapped in Crescent roll dough, fried mashed potato cakes, baked beans, and sweet and sour red cabbage.

I'm going to be preparing three home grown quail as I had a very heavy boy vs girl ratio on that hatch. They will be served on a bed of rice with mixed vegetables. Quail cooks so quickly that I can toss it in the pot with the rice and it will be perfectly cooked when the rice is ready. I like easy meals and one pot methods of cooking and will share the meal with my dog once it's sufficiently cooled.

It ended up being an onion, red pepper, mushroom, ham and cheese Omelette with toast.
