double-stuffed baked potatoes

My Mom made these all the time...I've made a few too.
Just take out the innards from the baked potatoes, add what ever goodies you want and put them back in the skins then the oven or under the broiler for a bit.

But russet is style to use have buy some use other like little or yukon

Ohhhhh yes buy a couple russet have a ham out willl do twice baked potato with it. and beets

I think I used too much sour cream, milk, cheese, 7 butter, it was a little too mushy. Tasted great though!

Sure look yummy. We did go out get russets to do this.
