Whatcha Making for Supper?

Making oven fried chicken .. chicken flavored dressing and green beans

I ate all the pizza, cooking up some meaty marinara.

We're doing Mexican at home...tacos, tamales, nachos or burritos...DH's choice.

That's what we ended up with here. Tonight is nachos with all the stuff left over from the burritos

Going to be a high of 40 here today. I think a trip to the store for a pot roast (I don't seem to have one in the freezer) is in order.

So....pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy with carrots sounds pretty good.

We had homemade Swedish meatballs on noodles with gravy and yellow squash last night.

We had steak cooked on the fire (the best way to cook it) and baked potatoes in the fire.
