Whatcha Making for Supper?

Well... my wife primarily does the cooking in our home, but I personally love to cook and bake when I can get a chance. That being said, my wife made chinese pork and rice this evening, and it was quite good. I've been married for 29 years and I think I might have only ever had one or two bad meals in that time. My wife is a superb cook and I've been quite spoiled over the years.

We where gone all day grocery shopping
Better half wanted to go to our local mexican place here in town.I was so tired told him I do not want to go anywhere ..
Made chicken in rice corn was added as a veggie

Tonight is a spicy Italian sausage link with bell peppers & onions and topped with mozzarella cheese.

Doing Roast Beast, Bought some really nice chuck roasts yesterday at Costco

Been a few days, had to catch up on everyone’s yummy meals!
Hubby made tacos last night, I’m going to made a beef stir fry tonight with Shanghai noodles

Gonna fry up some potato pierogi. The rest is leftovers.

Was gonna make chicken and biscuits,
baked the chicken before it went off,
but now don't feel like making the rest.
Might be a cereal night and/or gnaw on a chicken leg.

Roast beast here too. I just added the carrots and will make the potatoes and gravy in a bit.
