Homemade are the only kind of perogies I'll eat!
Sounds yummy, Penny

Do you have a good recipe for homemade eggnog? If so, please do share!
It is my own recipe. However I do it odd. I let mine cool completely after cooking..it looks like pudding. And I run it through the blender in batches. However that does make it full proof. If you get scrambled eggs..the blender fixes the issues.

10 eggs
6 c whole milk (or blue cap)
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp -1 tsp pumpkin spice (I use great value organic brand, smells awesome)
1 tbsp vanilla

Now I blend all the eggs. Then slowly try to get as much hot milk in the blender as I can without burning the heck outta myself. Then I poor that mixture in with the rest of the milk. Heat to 165 or higher. I use two pots to make a double boiler so I dont burn the milk. I also use a whisk and one of those flat scraper things (dang what is it called I'm blank) to make sure the mix don't stick to the bottom. I then let it come to room temp. Stick it in the fridge overnight and run it in batches through the blender. It will look like pudding. But once it hits the blender all is well.👍
