In Tumwater foraging for food. We will have cheese burgers, fries and beets as a veggie

Noodles with cottage cheese? As in you mix them together and it’s a warm dish?

Noodles with cottage cheese? As in you mix them together and it’s a warm dish?

Yep, and yep. Cook the noodles separately, add the cottage cheese and place pan back on the stove on low heat until warmed. The Princess adds sour cream when eating - I added gravy. Sometimes I add cooked cabbage to the mixture - recipes gleaned from my Hungarian MIL who was a great cook.

Tomato pie (it’s fluffy dough with tomato sauce & parmesan cheese), plus an arugula salad with goat cheese, cashews & dried cranberries.
