Whatcha Making for Supper?

Couple months back in one of the random duscussions around here I mentioned having to use a ling handled bbq spatula to fend off crack heads when I made crab puffs. This is that of which I spoke. Honestly, I wasn't as happy with today's batch. All the store had was vegan wonton wraps and they didn't cook or taste as good as the ones I normally use.

I almost got some of those wraps to make crab puffs but happy I didn’t now. Will look at the Asian store for some I think.

Chalupa. No, not that crap from Taco Bell. Seasoned shgredded pork loin slow cooked all day with pintos, chiles, onion, garlic, and a bunch of seasoning. Served in homemade corn tortillas or over corn chips. Garnish with pico, sour cream, and guac if you like. Takes all day to cook, but totally worth it, and about an hour from house the house will start smelling incredible.
