There are many meals where I make a really big batch and freeze several meals worth. Easy when it's only the two of us.

Very true. I usually pull adult meals out of the freezer when the kids want pizza or burgers.

Last night we had tuna burgers with spicy mayo and hashbrown patties.

I made a 3 lb meatloaf stuffed with boiled eggs? It's a bit large. 7 eggs long... hopefully it's good because it looks like we will be eating it for a while. Caesar salad on the side.

It might make good sandwiches.
