Whatcha Making for Supper?

I dunno yet. Maybe grilled cheese and soup. I’m taking a tri tip out of the freezer for Sunday afternoon though.

Changed our minds, chili sizes tonight, burgers for the little doods.

Baked canneloni , heated baguette and a mixed greens/tomato salad.

Son brought home pizza--(and a mega-millions ticket!)-roast will be tomorrow--unless we win, then I'm hiring a maid and cook!!

Our Cajun Chicken Pasta is no more. But today I cooked up a pot of enchilada sauce for tomorrow's dinner.

FYI--we didn't win the mega millions, so got the vacuum out!

I just had this discussion with family: If you one the lottery... big money, what would be your first plans?
Some said move south, other talked about the wonderful toys they would buy.
I was the only one that would stay put but just buy the farm field around by yard and build an enormous fence around it all. And start a business.

I would keep my mouth shut and hope I could remain anonymous. I like my semi reclusive lifestyle and wouldn’t want to mess that up. Having said that, we’d love to put in a nice sized family room for a pool table and ping pong. I too would love to buy some property around me. I haven’t even checked my ticket yet, lol

I didn't win either, guess I'll have to keep doing my own vacuuming too. (Maybe my odds of winning would have improved if I'd bought a ticket?)
