We found some locally that a meat market has frozen that are the best representation I can find of a real crab cake.

I'll try to remember to take a photo when they're made. Love crab, it's a real treat!

I haven made meat loaf in while, thats a good idea. I'll thaw out some meat and make it for Sunday. Today I have 1/2 of a left over roasted chicken and sweet potato we will use up.
I bought romaine and red leaf when all of the kids were here and it all didnt get used, I'll wash it up and give it to the chickens. I'll get fresh today at the market.

White Chicken Chili for dinner tonight.

The meal for the hungry teens was prepped and delivered yesterday! Received compliments, so that was a relief, when the food is enjoyed.

Tomorrow, baked chicken - one of the meat chickens we raised last year. It is currently defrosting.
