Whatcha Making for Supper?

I thawed out some beef, and I have a bag of small potatoes. My daughter in-law just pops the taters on a cookie sheet, sprays a bit of olive oil on and salts them, and oven roasts them-- they are quick and easy. And, I have salad green we need to eat up, so a big salad.
Suppers at 4p.m. We dont like to eat late.
I do potatoes like that too--sometimes toss the potato pieces in a packet of onion soup mix then the olive oil.
tonight is grilled boneless pork chops and chicken breasts, asparagus, and maybe those potatoes
