I love this...it's Seussical!

Think I'll have chicken nachos.....onions, red & green peppers, pepper jack cheese....and chicken breast chunks of course.

Making chip beef on toast old time favorite

We are still working on beans and cabbage, husband is still working on on his meatloaf, so plenty of leftovers here still. Salad as well. I sometimes make too much and leftovers last forever.
